The Ravens made several roster moves Monday - ones typical of teams about to get training camp under way - with the headliner being wideout Jacoby Jones placed on the non-football injury list, according to The Sun.
The move means Jones either suffered an injury off the field or didn't pass his conditioning test. The same happened with left tackle Bryant McKinnie when he arrived at camp last year.
Jones is slated to be the Ravens' No. 2 wideout behind Torrey Smith after the offseason trade of Anquan Boldin to the 49ers.
The Ravens also placed linebacker Jameel McClain and guard Marshal Yanda on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list. Sixth-round defensive end Kapron Lewis-Moore was also placed on the non-football injury list with a knee ailment.
The team has not yet announced whether cornerback Lardarius Webb will be placed on the PUP list after missing most of last season following knee surgery.
